Thank you for visiting and shopping at onthespotjewelers.com. Here you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Return Policy.
Because Our Designs are made to order all orders will need a handling time of 5-7 days to be shipped.
If there is an issue please email us within seven days from receiving your product and we will work with you to resolve the issue, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us within seven days from receiving your product to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded within the time period per our policy, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It can only be exchanged the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost packages during shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Domestic Shipping Policy processing time
Since our products are custom made to order, all orders are processed within 8-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather or holiday season.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
dakodesigns.com ships the U.S., U.S. Territories as well as international addresses only we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been received and another one with the shipping information containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
onthespotjewelers.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) and will be calculated per customer’s location.
onthespotjewelers.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
